We do not always have someone who has the expertise to solve the issue we’re facing. It is not always feasible to approach someone just because they are older but have no domain expertise of the problem, that won’t be a realistic way to look at it.
So the answer to all these issues would be someone who has the expertise in the domain we are facing the problem in, a mentor. A mentor is someone who has a wide experience and background knowledge. They can help us in a much better way as they are qualified and have a professional take on the issues.
