A career as a police officer is regarded as one of the most prestigious positions in society. If you have a passion for protecting your society, if you have a patriotic feeling to serve your society, then this field is righteous for you.
The prime responsibility of the police officer is to make sure that their society is safe and there would be fewer or no crimes in their area. And, if any crime happens, then, their sole duty is to investigate the crime to its very depth.
Another main duty of the police officer is to maintain law and order. To see if everyone is following rules and regulations.
Not every case is suitable for going to court. Some cases should be handled by the police themselves in such a way that they find solutions to a problem and cases should be solved with justice given to the innocent.
They work out of a police station. Police are trained in first aid and rescue, because police officers are often one of the first people to get to a place where people are sick or injured, such as a car accident, or a fire.
